Rental Terms and Agreement

1. Customer responsibility for equipment
   • The customer acknowledges that they take full responsibility of care, custody, and control of Trash Panda Bin Rentals equipment while it is at their location.
   • The customer accepts full responsibility for any loss or damage to the equipment, except for normal wear and tear or damage resulting from Trash Panda Bin Rentals during handling.
2. Rental Period and Extensions
   • All bins are rented for 7 days that include 5 business days and the weekend.
   • The customer is responsible for contacting Trash Panda Bin Rentals when they are finished with the bin or require it to be emptied and returned at which point the rental period starts over.
   • Extensions have a daily fee that will apply after the 7th day of rental unless otherwise agreed upon
3. Overloading and Material restrictions
   • Overloading: Customers must not exceed the weight or volume limits of the bins (5 Metric Tonne and the top of the bin). Additional charges will apply if it is exceeded.
   • Prohibited Items: The following items are strictly prohibited, and additional charges will apply if found in bins:
     i. Hazardous waste, including chemicals and liquids
     ii. Tires, batteries, propane tanks, or paint cans
     iii. Any material deemed unsafe or non-compliant with disposal regulations
4. Credit card Authorization
   • By using Trash Panda Bin Rentals, customers consent to their credit card being kept on file until the account is settled and at a zero balance.
5. Inspection and Compliance
   • Trash Panda Bin Rentals reserves the right to inspect, analyze, and/or test the waste inside any bin to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
6. Surface Damage Responsibility
   • Trash Panda Bin Rentals is not responsible for any damage to pavements, drive ways, grass, curbs or other surfaces due to the weight of vehicles or bins.
   • Customers must take appropriate measures to protect their surfaces, as materials provided by Trash Panda Bin Rentals do not absolve this responsibility.
   • Trash Panda Bin Rentals will do their best to not damage properties.
7. Additional Charges
   • Customers agree to the following potential additional charges:
     i. Exceeding weight limits included in the base bin charge.
     ii. Supplementary site charges for clean fill, rubble, or cement bins.
     iii. Surcharges for mixing as specified on our website.
     iv. Surcharges for any materials that are not accepted in our bins or any materials that are not in their appropriate bins.
     v. Any surcharge that may occur related to fuel recovery.
8. Awareness of Charges
   • It is the customer’s sole responsibility to review and understand all potential charges. If unclear, customers are advised to contact Trash Panda Bin Rentals before confirming service.
9. Agreement Acknowledgment
   • By paying the required deposit the customer agrees to these terms upon bin delivery.
